These policies need to be clear and understood by clients BEFORE I can do business with them.  I rarely cancel.  On rain days, I will make the attempt to dry courts before the lesson if there is a patch of dry time.  I travel to most of my locations and schedule lessons in succession so I am not stuck sitting in a parking lot waiting in between lessons.  Please read these and confirm with me that you have read them.  Thank you.

  • I am a licensed, professional coach who pays for liability insurance for every location I use.  My insurance is provided by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). 
  • Cancellation of any private lesson OR clinic must be done in a timely manner.  If you need to cancel attendance, it must be done 24 hours before lesson time.  If not, the client is responsible for FULL payment of the lesson no matter what the reason for cancellation.  Its not personal, this is my job.
  • If payment is made in advance, and there is a rain out OR the coach is unable to make the appointment, he will contact you before the lesson time and a makeup will either be made available or payment will be refunded. 
  • Clinics that are payed for monthly will have a time set aside for makeup for that session.  If not stated beforehand, please contact Coach Ranger for details.
  • I use video occasionally for my lessons.  It is used for coaching reasons and sometimes for advertising.  If this is a problem, please clarify this with me.  I will usually let the parent know ahead of time when I use video, but this needs to be clarified up front.
